Exemestane, also known as Aromasin - a "killer of aromatase."The drug blocks the enzymes that are responsible for the synthesis of estrogen.
Exedrol has established itself as the most effective drug to combat estrogen. Based on clinical trials, Femara and Arimidex are able to suppress about 80% of estrogen, while Aromasin (exemestane) inhibits the average 85%.
