COMPOSITION
Active ingredient: 1.33 mg Somatropin (4ME) or 3.33 mg (10ME)
Excipients: mannitol, glycine, sodium dihydrogen phosphate, sodium chloride.
Solvent: water for injection.

INDICATIONS
Growth retardation in children due to insufficient secretion of growth hormone in gonadal dysgenesis (Turner syndrome), chronic renal insufficiency in the prepubertal period.
In adults with confirmed congenital or acquired deficiency of growth hormone as replacement therapy.

DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION
DyNATROP  is administered subcutaneously, slowly, 1 times a day, usually at night. It is necessary to change injection sites to prevent the development of lipoatrophy.
Dissolve the contents of the vial is recommended in 1 ml of solvent supplied on the basis of the calculated dose. To do this, select the solvent syringe and injected into the vial through the stopper. Gently shake to dissolve the contents of the vial. A sharp shake while unacceptable. The prepared solution is stored in a bottle no more than two weeks at 2 C to 8 C.
