NEOCJC-1295 (ANALOG of releasing hormone of the GROWTH HORMONE(RHGH) of PROLONGED ACTION)
Analogue of RHGH of prolonged action (CJC-1295) – is a peptide hormone consisting of 30 amino acids, which stimulates hypophysis to develop its own GH and is analogue to releasing hormone of the growth hormone (a hormone releasing GH). The advantage of CJC-1295 over the usual releasing hormone of the GH or recombinant GH is the duration of effect of CJC-1295. Stimulation of GH production in healthy adults can last up to two weeks after a single injection of the drug.
The main effects of CJC-1295 are: the increase of protein synthesis and stimulation of growth of new muscle fibers; stimulation of linear growth in children suffering from lack of GH, the increase of the muscle mass with the less intensive training; improves skin condition and reduces wrinkles, restoration of the atrophied organs due to the aging process; reduction of the adipose tissue due to the increase of the lipolysis; increase of the bones density; improves the body's recovery ability; wound healing; strengthening the immune system.
Side effects of CJC-1295 are analogous to the growth hormone drugs.
With the appearance of CJC-1295 the drug RPGH-6 has lost its importance, since CJC-1295 has the same effect, but it has a much longer effect. The difference between the CJC-1295 and RPGH-6 is that CJC-1295 is modified in such a way that it can join to albumin and thus continue to circulate in the bloodstream, remaining active for a long time.
Dosage regimen of CJC-1295: 1 mg 2 times per week.
